The Laurels Care Home is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Congleton, The Laurels care home is a grand 19th Century home providing high quality, short and long-term care for up to 36 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
The home is made up of a variety of daily living spaces for residents to enjoy and we welcome family and friends to join their loved ones at any time. Residents’ bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and well equipped with TV aerial points and a call system, with many benefitting from en-suite facilities.
We also encourage residents to bring small items of furniture to personalise their room. A number of the rooms enjoy views across the large secluded gardens, in which residents can get involved in their upkeep, or just relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
Daily activities play an integral part in life at The Laurels care home and whether socialising as part of a group or exploring a new personal interest, our dedicated Activities Coordinator works closely with our residents to organise a range of opportunities.
Musical performances, games afternoons and local outings are just a few of the regular activities on offer. Mealtimes are an important part of the day and we work hard to provide a varied and nutritious menu for our residents, catering for special dietary needs as required.
