While I remain a manager my focus will always be that residents always come first, no matter what. My aid is to make our residents feel happy and safe at all times. My ethos is always to be honest, firm but fair with my staff and to respect every grade of staff I work along side.
Biggest achievement whilst working at The Knights:
The Knights Care Home has been on the BBC news twice and ITV Loose Women this year. We like to show the outside world, even with lockdown, that we managed to have lots of fun and keep the world as normal as possible for our residents.
