Full Time Regional Manager Vacancy at Pearlcare

In January 2026 we will have a vacant full time Regional Manager position within Pearlcare.

We are looking to recruit an experienced regional manager, with a proven track record. Someone who can demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and can deliver high end strategic results for us.

The successful candidate will be required to travel and stay overnight where required, as the portfolio will consist of eight care homes for older people and these will predominantly be based in Norfolk, Hook, Lincoln, Leicester, Sheffield and the Cheshire area.

The successful candidate will work alongside two other full time Regional Managers and will be directed by Philip Middleton as Head of Operations for the Company.

We are a family focused company and require a person with values that are based on residents having an elevated and fulfilled experience in our homes.

Key requirements we are looking for;

  • At least five years experience as a regional manager
  • Proven track record of ensuring homes run efficiently and are regulatory compliant
  • Understands governance and risk
  • Able to work within and maximise budget potential
  • Strong communicator who is able to function to a high level in formal environments
  • Hold a current driving licence
  • Be willing to travel and stay overnight, where required
  • Able to support and aid development of services and home managers
