Today, our management team came together in Blackpool for a dedicated development and networking day, providing an invaluable opportunity to learn, collaborate, and share best practice across our homes.
Led by Rob, the day brought together managers from across the organisation to discuss ideas, explore solutions to challenges, and reflect on how we can continue to enhance the quality of care and support we provide. Through open conversations, shared experiences, and constructive discussions about critical situations, our managers were able to learn from one another and gain fresh perspectives that can be taken back to their individual services.
