About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, operational efficiency, and staff performance are consistently maintained.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Home Manager within elderly residential or dementia care settings
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
- Proven ability to effectively manage staffing, rotas, and day-to-day operations
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and wider support teams
