At Pearlcare, we are constantly striving to improve across all areas of what we provide for our residents.
Be it improved culinary offerings, upgrading our facilities, decorating the bedrooms and common areas, taking residents on trips or bringing in entertainment to our homes, we are always trying to do better.
We regularly ask ourselves; are we doing enough? Is what we are offering good, are residents happy, safe and comfortable? What’s next, what more can we do?
Whist we are always confident and satisfied we are doing all we can to offer the best care for everyone we look after, it is always important that when we are reviewed impartially, the high level of care we give, is recognised officially. For your peace of mind and ours.
In a move to offer more transparency about the care we offer, we will be publishing these reports as they are completed, alongside the other updates from our homes in the News section of the website.
