Let’s take a look at some of the lovely things that happened across our homes, this Easter 🐣
First up, is The Old Rectory & they had heaps of fun… Duck eggs arrived in time for Easter and the residents delighted in the anticipation of watching them hatch – which they all did, successfully! Everyone is now enjoying 6 very cute, easter duckling’s. The residents got crafty and made; easter bonnets, decorations around the home and cards for friends & family. They also held a raffle and raised a WHOPPING £235! PLUS, one of the residents family members held a fund raising yoga session and raised £250!! All of the money raised will go into the residents’ funds.
Next up is Hollybank… they enjoyed making some lovely easter decorations for the home, munching on some easter eggs, along with various other activities. However, the main event, which the residents thoroughly enjoyed was when some spring lambs came to visit and they all had the opportunity to feed them – wholesome!
Spratslade enjoyed the long Easter weekend by filling it with some of our favourite easter past-times… lots of arts & crafts, baking some yummy treats & indulging in some Easter eggs.
Brantley Manor resident’s had a real treat… THE EASTER BUNNY (can you guess who it is? 😉) came to visit and hand delivered Easter eggs to all our residents, which they enjoyed immensely.
Our residents at The Laurels showed off their art skills and made some very impressive easter bonnets. Then residents got competitive with some fun filled activities and Veronica and Violet won the raffle and Name The Bunny game.
