We are therefore delighted to share that following a recent Infection Prevention audit carried out by IPS, Gilling Reane has improved its score from 89% to 95%. This excellent result reflects the commitment, professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by our team every day.
While we are incredibly proud of this achievement, for us an audit score is about far more than a number on a report. Behind every rating, score and piece of feedback are real people. Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and every improvement we make is designed to enhance their safety, wellbeing, comfort and quality of life.
