“I started off in Pearlcare as a Deputy Manager in 2019. After a great working relationship with the manager, I built up my skills to ready me for my next challenge where I then got appointed Home Manager in 2020 during one of the most challenging years of my working life.
Adapting to covid and the new way of working / living was difficult, but this equipped me with a strong mindset and the ability to face difficult challenges head on. During my time as Home Manager, I have come across situations which has given me the confidence and ability to manage services and people.
Wellfield has been a success story and has allowed me to show my true managerial style and the results I can produce alongside my team.
In 2022, I was appointed Regional Manager of the North West and I am really looking forward to the new challenges ahead. I am a calm, caring, supportive manager who will be able to work alongside managers so that we can both achieve what we set out to achieve.
