There’s something special about summertime at Hollybank Care Home, and this weeks summer BBQ was no exception. With glorious sunshine, wonderful company and one of the most breathtaking backdrops in the country; residents, relatives and team members enjoyed an afternoon filled with laughter, music and unforgettable memories.
Set against the stunning scenery of Arnside Beach, the gardens at Hollybank came alive as everyone gathered to enjoy a delicious summer barbecue. The smell of freshly cooked food filled the air while residents relaxed with friends and family, soaking up the warm weather and picturesque coastal views. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together, enjoy great food and celebrate the joy that summer brings.
The highlight of the afternoon came when a talented saxophonist took centre stage, providing the perfect soundtrack to the festivities. As the beautiful melodies drifted across the gardens and out towards the shoreline, residents were captivated by the performance.
