In 2019, Rob and Sean (who managed Wellfield at the time) embarked on the Progress for Providers scheme, which is ran by Flintshire county council, this new scheme for Providers is about showcasing and ensuring that person-centered care is at the heart of everything we do.
The home was awarded Bronze in 2019, Silver in 2022 and we are now proud to announce that Wellfield has been awarded the GOLD award in 2024, and what better way to celebrate this achievement by having a big gold awards party.
